We download raw LCA disclosure files from the Department of Labor and USCIS employer data hub records. Data is cleaned to normalize company names, standardize job titles, and remove duplicates. Approval rates, denial rates, and RFE rates are calculated from case status fields in the USCIS data. Salary data comes directly from the LCA prevailing wage and actual wage fields.
