Use of Service

H1BSignal provides H1B visa sponsor data and analytics tools. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial research. You agree not to:

• Scrape or bulk-download data from the platform
• Use the service to discriminate against any individual
• Redistribute raw data commercially without permission
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the service's infrastructure

Data Sources

All data comes from public sources: US Department of Labor LCA disclosures and the USCIS Employer Data Hub. We process and present this data but do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors from the original source.

H1BSignal makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided. Signal scores, approval rates, and lottery probability estimates are statistical calculations, not guarantees.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, H1BSignal and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim (if any).

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
